Hashtags
Using hashtags can be a quite effective way in getting your posts seen by more people. The first thing to think about is what kind of hashtags you want to use, you will need to find hashtags that are relevant to your account and niche but also to your photo, enticing people that are browsing the specific hashtag to click on your post. There’s a number of websites that help in finding relevant hashtags for you to use, and found by doing a quick search in google. Remember that not only does using hashtags help your post be seen by more people but those people if they like the photo may come to your page and browse through your other photos, and maybe even follow you.
Following & Unfollowing
Following users is a great way to get a boost in the number of instagram followers to your page. Manually following users you would expect to get a good percentage of them follow back, however keeping them around is another thing. If you unfollow the same users within a day, they will most likely notice and unfollow you in return. Preferably you shouldn’t unfollow them for at least 7 days, so they forget about it and won’t notice once you unfollow them back. You WILL need to unfollow them at some point as the following limit is 7500, and another thing to remember is that Instagram has set limits on how many users you can follow per hour, and if you go over that limit you’ll be hit with a temporary block or ban!
