Moto G5, Moto G5 Plus, and their special editions, as well as the Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus, have received temporary price cuts on Amazon India. Lenovo brand Moto, in a limited period offer, slashed the price of some smartphones in India. The offer is available on the Moto Store on Amazon India website from Tuesday, February 13 to Thursday, February 15.
The Moto G5 is available at a price of Rs. 8,499, down from its MRP of Rs. 11,999. The Moto G5 Plus gets a price cut of Rs. 6,000 and is now available for Rs. 10,999, down from Rs. 16,999. The Moto G5S is now available at Rs. 11,999, down from Rs. 13,999, with an extra Rs. 2,000 off on exchange, while the Moto G5S Plus is available at Rs. 13,999, down from Rs. 16,999, with an extra Rs. 2,000 off on exchange.
To recall, the Moto G5S is an upgraded variant of the original Moto G5. The dual-SIM Moto G5S runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box and sports a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS LCD display. The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC. It comes with a 16-megapixel rear sensor and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. The Moto G5S has a 3000mAh battery with fast charging.
Meanwhile, the Moto G5S Plus is a better-endowed version of the Moto G5 Plus. The dual-SIM Moto G5S also runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box and sports a bigger 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS LCD display. The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC. It comes with two 13-megapixel rear cameras and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The Moto G5S Plus also has a 3000mAh battery with fast charging.
The company had recently launched the Moto X4 6GB RAM variant in India. Also, Moto Z2 Force is another smartphone that is set to launch in India on February 15.
