Katherine Fleming, BRIDGE’s Vice President of Portfolio, said that she already has prior experience in Integratec and she is aware that there is a growing number of developer/owner/operators that already implement the Developer Central Software.
“Integratec is the best tool out there which would provide the customization and flexibility that we [need],” said Fleming. “We can now take the data we already had and perform analytics on a portfolio-wide basis in a way that wasn’t possible before. They know the affordable housing industry and used that knowledge to help us with our implementation.”
According to the press release from Business Wire, a need for a more centralized data repository and flexible reporting across all aspects of asset management – from financial performance to capital needs assessments, to tracking physical issues along with identifying, tracking and storing all related documents electronically, can already be felt due to the growth of BRIDGE’s real estate portfolio.
“Katherine’s experience with Integratec and the overall commitment of the BRIDGE team drove the successful implementation,” noted Scott Metzloff, Integratec’s Director of Software Services. “We are grateful to add BRIDGE to our strong, active Developer Central client base and we are committed to the continued enhancement of our software to meet the industry needs.”
